DESCRIPTION:TBA\, 9:30 AM – 4:30PM \nAfter more than twenty productive years as a lawyer\, senior manager\, and executive leader\, Karmen is now dedicated to helping others transform their aspirations into achievements. \nAs a Certified Executive Coach\, she works professionals and leaders who want to achieve specific goals or clarify their career path. \nAs a consultant and facilitator\, Karmen works with teams to develop customized leadership development programming. She is known as an engaging and energizing facilitator who supports and positively challenges participants to reach their full potential and achieve exceptional results. \nThis is a series that will kick off with a bootcamp event on Saturday October 27th. Subsequent sessions will build on the foundations laid out in this initial workshop. The morning workshop will be a physical bootcamp (accommodating all fitness levels). You will be taught leadership communications and how important teamwork is. We will serve lunch and then you will begin the classroom components with Karmen. \nThis initial event will be followed by 2 hour development sessions on November 21st\, January 16th\, February 13th\, March 13th and April 3rd from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. These will be cumulative in nature so you won’t want to miss a thing! \nOpen to NAIT students and Alumni only \nLunch and afternoon session in NAIT Gymnasium AM CAT 229
