DESCRIPTION:Pitch your business\, connect with other small business owners\, and you could win up to $3\,000! This competition is an opportunity for Indigenous and immigrant small business owners to build the confidence and the skills they need to talk about their businesses\, and will provide a platform for business owners that often face challenges with business exposure and access to networking opportunities outside of their immediate cultural groups. \n\nThis pitch competition will:\n\n\n\n\nProvide exposure for participating businesses \nProvide access to expert judges and to a network of existing successful Indigenous and immigrant entrepreneurs \nFoster networking between these two specialized groups to expand reach \nHelp participating small business owners build confidence and the skills they need to talk about their businesses in a succinct and value–adding way. \n\n\nRegistered businesses that have been operational for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 10 years are now eligible to apply\, and submissions will be accepted until February 16th at 11:59pm.
