Tom Girvan, Market Planner with City of Edmonton’s Economic Development team.
Tom leads the Business Retention and Expansion Program that visits businesses to facilitate questions and solicit feedback about City operations as a way to better serve the business community. He focuses on industrial businesses, however serves as a connection to departments who focus on other types of businesses.
