RainForest LWOL

February 13, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm MST

February 13th – Sean Collins of Terra Pingo

Terrapin is Canada’s leading waste heat recovery specialist. We exclusively focus on partnering with heavy industrial facilities to help them make money from their waste heat. Our team is made up of a diverse group of energy industry experts that have built some of the largest industrial facilities in North America, including one of the largest waste Heat to Power projects in Canadian history. The waste heat resources locked inside our large industrial facilities present the best economic payback of any form of emission free electricity generation. Terrapin helps facilities overcome the technical, process, regulatory and economic barriers to successful project implementation.

Grab your lunch and join us at the new Work Nicer location in the historic Beaver House building!

You will join other entrepreneurs (both emerging and experienced), investors, researchers, students, and a broad range of ecosystem helpers at this informal gathering of individuals who want help diversify the Alberta economy by supporting innovators like you.

Whether you are new to the innovation ecosystem, are confused about all the services and entrepreneurial supports available, or have it all figured out – you should attend this gathering.

While in the room, we practice the values expressed in the Rainforest Social Contract.

  • 11:45 Check In (bring your lunch!)
  • 12:00 Welcome
  • 12:10 Who is in the Room?
