The way we live and work changes our expectations in work and community living. Healthcare usually invokes the thought to hospitals and acute care. It also changes our perceptions of how we live and age in communities. Whether it is assisted living, long-term care, or care at home, these changes impact immediate and extended families .
With the shifts in technology adoption, learning and upskilling, the workforce will also change.
