If you had a chance to control your own secure personal health records, do you think that it would help you to navigate your way more effectively or efficiently? Let’s say it is for primary care where you can choose to share with your GP and Pharmacist (they need a code to unlock it from you) – would you? Let’s say you can see real time what you have “spent” in your care account – would you find that helpful?
